We are delighted to collaborate once again with our esteemed clients on their second home.

Once the plans were settled, the project became ideas about symmetry, shapes and balance.  Shapes are symbolic, they have meanings and connections. Arches are a nod to the classical past.  In this building we've applied them more playfully.

The existing residence is situated within a Heritage Overlay therefore we have preserved the front portion of the house, enhancing the master bedroom, walk-in robe and ensuite, while extending to the rear with a sophisticated two-storey addition.

The design and palette of the new extension have been curated to maintain a refined aesthetic. Externally, we've applied an elegant all-white palette, incorporating white bricks, vertical groove cladding, and aluminum windows.

 

Internally, we have embraced a white-wash Scandinavian-inspired color and material scheme, featuring Tasmanian oak flooring and timber joinery complemented by Matilda Dolomite natural stone.
